Sorry, your answer was incorrect
RIBs are potentially vulnerable craft, they often don’t carry radios and their crews are often seen without life jackets. They may also have limited knowledge of the local sea conditions. (0 points)
Canoes, kayaks and SUPs are potentially the most vulnerable craft we see. They often don’t carry radios or other safety equipment and while they are often seen wearing life jackets, they are more likely to end up in the water and be physically tired if they do. (0 points)
While large power boats and yachts are potentially less vulnerable than the smaller craft we see, they are still potentially vulnerable if things go wrong and we cannot assume they have good knowledge of the sea. (0 points)
While it may be true that fishing vessels are highly experienced and have excellent local knowledge, they are carrying out a job that carries a significant risk of injury or being carried into the sea and often operate single handed. They are a group of vessels we should monitor throughout our watches however busy we are. (0 points).

This is the correct answer. Commercial vessels are professionally crewed, have Class A AIS and more along with very good communication systems. However we should still record them where possible. (10 points)
